Smart plant operation with W|C|S®

Simple data retrieval and overview
With the W|C|S® WaterCareSystem, the operator has access to up-to-date monitoring on the dashboard at any time. The dashboard is fully functional on mobile devices at all times. The operator also receives a monthly status report with recommendations and a traffic light system, which can be filed in the operation logbook.
Water data can also be viewed on any internet-connected device, anywhere and at any time, using graphical and statistical dashboards — keeping your system under observation around the clock.

Maintaining an operation logbook is legally required for every evaporative cooling system under the 42nd BImSchV. When using W|C|S®, the operator receives a monthly status report with recommendations and a traffic light system, which can be filed in the operation logbook. A cloud-based operation logbook is also available.
Active support in complying with the 42nd BImSchV / VDI 2047 Sheet 2 by experienced water experts facilitates adherence to the guidelines, resulting in time and cost savings for the operator.

Measuring and controlling process water
W|C|S® Board – the hardware
The foundation for successful water management. Capture, control and transmit.
The W|C|S® base plate, integrated into the bypass of the evaporative cooling system or the system water circuit, is designed to measure all necessary data for evaluating process water quality.
In addition to minute-precise recording of all relevant data from the evaporative cooling system, the W|C|S® Board controls blowdown, the dosing of conditioning agents and biocides, including interlocking of the blowdown valve.
The combination with DHC-Trace® technology enhances the capabilities of the W|C|S® WaterCareSystem by determining the chemical product content — helping to use the required chemical products sustainably.
W|C|S® Control Cabinet – Control & Data Transmission
Recording, Controlling and Forwarding
The intelligent W|C|S® control cabinet with a 7'' color touchscreen fulfills central tasks. In addition to data acquisition, control, and storage of measurement data, the W|C|S® control cabinet also forwards all recorded data to the W|C|S® server of Dr. Hartmann Chemietechnik.
