Measuring and controlling process water
W|C|S®-Board - The Hardware
The foundation for successful water management

The W|C|S® base plate, which is integrated into the bypass of the evaporative cooling system or the system water circuit, is designed to measure all necessary data to evaluate the quality of the process water.
In addition to the minute-precise recording of all relevant data from the evaporative cooling system, the W|C|S® Board controls blowdown, the dosage of conditioning agents, and biocides, including the interlocking of the blowdown valve.
The combination with DHC-Trace® technology enhances the capabilities of the W|C|S® WaterCareSystem by determining the product content of chemicals, helping to use the required chemical products sustainably.
The intelligent W|C|S® control cabinet with a 7" color touchscreen performs central tasks. In addition to data collection, control, and storage of measured data, the W|C|S® control cabinet also serves the transmission of all collected data to the W|C|S® server at Dr. Hartmann Chemietechnik.
- Measurement of at least 17 parameters for process water and water treatment systems
- Measuring the amount of make-up and wastewater
- Control of the blowdown valve (conductivity-controlled or volume-controlled)
- Control of dosing pumps (biocide, inhibitors), additional dosing pumps optional
- Intelligent control with a large touch screen and various expansion options
- Online product measurement with DHC-Trace® technology (optional)
- W|C|S® Board can be used as a multiparameter system without e-Service
- W|C|S®-e-Service supports the operational staff in daily tasks
